The Riddell Commercial Village located at Riddell Rd. and Spencer Ave. aims to diversify the commercial sector of Orangeville. The project is well underway with a promising outlook for completion.

The spectrum development consisted of erecting several structures amongst a large landscape that is now completed with beautiful landscaping. Bringing all aspects of this project together was exciting and has provided the local residents of Mississauga with a beautiful public centre diverse in commercial retailers of all types.

Having been apart of a collection of retail construction projects we are currently adding the finishing touches to various Sunglass Hut locations across the Greater Toronto Area, and our previous experience is allowing us to complete these projects within deadlines without jeopardizing the quality of our work. The project of converting from an industrial warehouse to EQ3's beautiful furniture depot involved a complex transformation. We were proud to have completed the project and satisfied our clients to ensure the final store met their specifications. EQ3 is now nestled in the humble retail district of Liberty Village and shows that the creativity in construction opportunities is limitless.

It was an exciting experience to have been apart of erecting one of the first Beer Boutiques in the city of Toronto. We incorporated some clever approaches when creating the unique appearance of the Beer Boutique using a variety of techniques to distress and age the materials in the construction process. The store now serves as an aesthetic icon for the surrounding area.

The project at Kingston square allowed us to service a range of retailers all within a single project. Including but not limited to; Pizza Pizza, Rexall Drugstore, Home Hardware, The Tooth Corner, Money Mart, The Beer Store and various others. We are proud to have refreshed the appearance to such an expanse within the retail region of Scarborough.
